Under EU consumer withdrawal rules, eligible requests may apply within the legal withdrawal period. Each request will be reviewed manually according to applicable law, order status, and product type.
Business-to-business orders, custom-made products, perishable goods,
temperature-sensitive products, and other legally exempt items may not be
eligible for withdrawal.
